Josie also had the pleasure of assisting me with that phone call between the hotel and the bank and if i were in josie shoes i probably would have displayed my dissatisfaction for the way the bank was speaking but not josie she maintained a calm attitude provided facts and did not react to the negative way the bank representative was talking to her

I felt like a princess staying at this town and country hotel and i recommend that anyone who is in the area stay here and dont even think about going anywhere else and guess what ladies right across the street is the mall and theres a nordstroms and a macys what else could a girl ask for

We stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms and we were missing a shower curtain liner but the staff corrected it once we notified them
