Pros
Makes it easier to have little kids top off bunny water, than having to remove the whole contraption. This is my favorite large water bottle to use for my chinchillas. I have 3 “no drip” bottles and this is the only kind that actually doesn’t drip.
Cons
This water dispenser was made, the easy fill top makes it much more convenient but it leaks, horribly. This is not suitable for smaller animals.

So they don’t “leak” but since these are made for rabbits if you are using these for guinea pigs the water will drip out of the piggies mouth because they can’t drink as much as a rabbit could

The one con i can think of is that having the fliptop has ruined all other water bottles for me

Five are currently in use two broke in accidents caused by children or weather

Outside we get about a year out of them before the plastic gets brittle and needs replaced
