Pros
It's hard to find the way to communicate with the vendor but eventually i found it. They come in a black easy carrying case all the scissors you need with the detangling comb. Nice colors and case too. Haha very nice.
After 6 years of use, my scissor set still looks brand-new and they sparkle! They are still sharp (never needed sharpening) and the finish has held up beautifully.
The set has every shear necessary to guarantee you nice results. Don't hesitate in purchasing these shears. They are great on most coats and help keep my good shears in use longer.

Normally, if the product i buy is sub-standard i chalk it up to a poor decision/selection on my part. Got refunded after sending back. I am totally bummed about this purchase.
They got stuck each time at the hinge. I'm heartbroken that they don't work even half as well. These things are trash.

Although the return window closed after 30 days there was still a 90 day warranty window that allowed me to ask for a replacement on warranty

And lilys pet was happy to offer either a replacement or refund of that unit as a part of the entire kit

I dislike about them is the color is chipped already and on the thinners their is discoloration
