The sealed container dispenses the correct amount with a pump. I just apply 1 pump from wrists to inside of elbows every night.

This brand was suggested by my naturopathic doctor. It is super helpful for my menopausal symptoms. Like most medicinal treatments, you have to apply it daily and allow product to get into your system.

It’s so soft and silky, all natural. It absorbs fast, it has no unpleasant odor, and has a relaxing affect.

Cons

The cream is actually pink! Stays pink-ish on your skin and will discolor white surfaces. The lite brown color seems odd. Sometimes nothing, then a whole lot pumps out.
