The belt performs exactly as expected. I'm usually a small in yoga and sweatpants but the size guide recommended medium and it’s a perfect fit.

Best investment for running (other than shoes) hands-down! My hubby runs with one, too, with shorts - no complaints! It is great for any runner who has stuff to carry out on their run.

Stretches out to hold a lot and yet still maintains the structural integrity of the flipbelt. The fabric is light and stretchy so it feels nice and secure when you wear it. Simple, comfy and works great.

Cons
