Pros

No staining, damage, and from what i can tell seems resistant to scuffing. Comes with the rubber protector and a roll of thick double sided tape. Covers cords to prevent tripping.

Cons

Very rigid and inflexible. Packaging bends the thick cover so badly that approximately 10 inches are unusable. On top of this it is very hard to straighten as it is in a tight roll and retainsthe bend.

The tape stops sticking to the tape and the rubber concealer, letting the concealer float across the floor. After a couple of months, the tape's adhesive turns into some horrible alien goo from a sci-fi movie. Save your money and buy gaffer tape or a ... Read More

All in all i am satisfied with this product hides the wires and matches well with my floor which was my biggest concern

But its so heavy and high quality material that i have mo doubts it would flatten quickly even without the heat gun

We husband did go over it with the heat gun in the garage first just to make sure it was really flat
