This torch was a present for my hubby and he was really taken back by the range of the light beam and the quality of the casing
Build quality seems rock solid and i noticed gold contacts are used everywhere
Like all led lenser torches the quality is top standard
Price
The led lenser is substantially made out of aircraft grade aluminium which ensures great build quality
Had the above cons been tackled this would have been a five star review but it would have raised the price somewhat

This was a present for my wife who needed one a little more powerful than her previous led lenser model
Incredably bright and a much better quality of construction than my maglite
Purchased as a replacement for a maglite 2d emergency torch kept in car
Its like a maglite standard but with a bean almost 10x sharper

The reason i only gave 4 stars was because it was supposed to be in a gift box which i thought would give the finishing touch after the gift wrap was removed

The batteries last ages only recently changed them and bought some panasonic eneloop and amazon basics batteries both use the same eneloop technology

I have purchased this torch before but forgot to change the batteries for two years so battery acid destroyed the circuit

It comes in a nice box though i use the holder to strap it to my jeans belt for easei can verify the beam does go over 200mwhen using the focus or you can widen the beam to cover an area about 130 degrees
