Pros
I love how it can stay with you and you're hands free. Perfect for many occassions. I love cross-body bags but they can sometimes get in the way. Received it today, as a christmas gift for my wife.
One thing to be aware of before ordering though - the strap provided with the pouch is super long.
Cons
The material feels very cheap, and the stud embellishments don't sit flat. The support leather from the pouch to the hardware is very thin. Super strong chemical smell, nowhere close to a leather smell.

The only thing i wasn’t to keen on was the quality of the cross body strap
But quality is great and the versatility is exactly what i wanted
As a lady who likes to carry gear i am frustrated by the lack of real pockets in jeans
I have not tried using this bag with the crossbody strap that comes with it
Price
This is exactly what ive been looking for and the price is amazing
