Pros & Cons
Pros
This product is excellent. It's all that is advertised. A bit pricey but worth the extra money. Another le creuset is being made in asia.
The only shortcoming is that putting it into a drawer is difficult since the wings expand when it lies in the drawer.
It is easy to use, virtually foolproof, and by far the best wine bottle opener out there. It truly makes opening bottles of wine effortless. The foil cutter is also amazing. It's easy to remove the cork from the bottle.
Highlights
Quality
Product works fine and amazon service was great
Pricey but i hope that the quality is there for the long run
But now it also ismade in chinawith the resultant drop in quality
However pricing on the web search indicated a lower price than i could find for the product
Price
I have never regretted it nor the price i had to pay
Nonetheless it works well and is worth the price
Competitiveness
I did and they replaced it with a brand new unit
