Pros

It reheats perfectly without scorching. It heats quickly and evenly. Always cool it down completely before rinsing.

All this eventual deliciousness, and literally no splatter. Meat is so tender and everything tastes better. And a gorgeous color, to boot.

If you love to cook and aspire to greatness, this is the cookware line for you! It is the most versatile cookware i own.

Enameled cast iron is hygienic, resistant to acids, and very easy to clean. The surface is basically non-stick, but i still get good browning on my meats and onions.

This is our second le creuset french oven. We decided to splurge on this model for our wife. It out performs all of my other cookware (yes, even all-clad) on the stovetop and in the oven.

    Non stick surfaces arent the right choice for many recipes anyway as they dont really allow meat to sear properly the maillard reaction i think its called
