Pros
Only complaint from my customers is some of the cartridges squeak. We find it fits all our needs and the quality is just as good as what we had before from dell.
Cons
Page quality unusable despite the printer indicator showing 1/4 full. Under 3k of normal text printed, cartridge shows only 24% life remaining. That's significantly less than the 6k capacity advertised.

I dont get 6000 pages but probably at least 5000 compared to maybe 3000 out of the dell cartridge

Now the issue with this cartridge is that not all the pages are the exact amount of ink some will come with normal ink and some other ones will come out faded but the great thing is that the cartridge will not spill all over the place

The printers page counter says that its printed almost exactly 4000 pages which may sound light but one user has need of printing 100 page old pdf documents with dark backgrounds that essentially paint the page with toner
