I would suggest that the seller put that specific item in their description in case someone is intending to adapt this directly to a standard straight stand

The 38 adapter is very common fair and if you own more than 10 stands and mics you are certain to have one just by random chance of getting it with the gear but if you need it there is nothing like it

Good only for small monitors or very light monitors if you have a 21 thin one it just may hold at an angle but i would not recommend this for a monitor that weighs more than a few lbs

Be aware however that you will need an adapter to get it to fit on a standard mic stands threads
