Pros

Applies easily and you may see some small bubbles going on. Also a booklet of all their products with detailed descriptions was also included. I admit i was skeptical, but applied as instructed this product actually made a visible difference.

Results look promising. Results have been excellent. You won't be disappointed.

Great for loosening texas clay. Applied this to a very hard clay soil lawn as prep for the renovation in the fall. Austine across the street and hers is now taller and has more body and growing again in the severely impacted areas.

Great experience with receiving and ordering the product. Came in perfect condition and packaged well. Product is awesome!

Cons

The active ingredient is a surfactant, i. E. Harder for roots to grow, harder for fertilizer to * and harder for water to *. Soil is pulled down by gravity 24/7. Splashback from product also stained vinyl fence.

Works great had a spot in my yard that grass refused to grow it made the soil so soft i was able to pull the dead grass out by hand

Great product easy to use with both sprayer and hoseend sprayer

The sod turned yellow and rotten spots showed up after 3 weeks

After using this product and some liquid iron my lawn is back to something im proud of

So great product for price and it was really easy to use

Bonus since this is way cheaper than paying someone to aerate i plan to do it in both the spring and fall

Not sure if it works if it does would be a great value
