First of all i am very satisfied with the cooling effect
The colors speak for themselves and they are easy to turn off and on with the push if a button
But it does the job so i am okay with the little fan noise
I dont think it helps that much with the overheating

All in all this smashes all the high end top model ones out of the water in terms of performance and it does it at barely above a whisper

The side lights can be turned off with a push button between the two dials that control the two sets of 3 fans
