Pros
The adhesive works great, to the point it did not want to let go. Cannot stress that enough. Held up very well. I hate having to use bras and this has really helped!
Wore as * tape for a low-back dress and danced several hours in it. I have a little pooch above my belly button and i took one piece of tape around my actual waist and it smoothed it out.
Cons
It's essentially the same kinesiology tape you can buy from the * store! Now i have a huge roll and zero use for it. I now have indentations where the tape is parting its way.

I am a 36d and it was very supportive
I personally cut 4inch segments with a slit down the middle to wrap around the sides of my boob which helped a lot with support

Upon further inspection after peeling i saw it ripped some skin in a few places and that was the cause for why it hurt so bad
