To be honest i dont think that this is a five star item however when you look at the benefits to limit the amount of oil that you use the ease of operation and the purchase price i feel that for frying or dressing salads etc this item will pay for itself relatively quickly whe the low purchase price is taken into consideration therefore on that basis rather than for quality of material or construction i feel it is worth 5 stars  Read Less
