I just bought this patty press the 5 in version

This caused the metal bar located internally and pictured in photo that pushes the patty ejector up to bend and no longer function correctly

Gears work good and if this metal bar was just a bit stronger i believe it would provide years of service

So i took the bent metal and straightened it back out

Went to a metal shop and had them weld a support piece on to it
