Pros
The keys are super finicky and sharp. I often find that it's hard to lock or unlock, although i've used it for more than 3 weeks. It's shorter than i had anticipated, but adequate to lock tire+frame+helmet to most poles or racks.
Kryptonite is a good company and it's pretty reliable. It's met my expectations so far.
Cons
The locking mechanism is so loose that it is actually hard to keep the mechanism open when trying to lock it. Need to jiggle the key several times before it turns, frustrating! Sometimes the mechanism shifts and the key gets jammed in and the lock won... Read More

The quickconnect to the part that stores it on the bike is a bit annoying because the lock is able to swing back and forth

The bike and the lock were mangled but it foiled them from making off with the bike
