You have to lower the temperature by 150 degrees or so depending on how inaccurate and small your toaster oven is and cook for a longer time than suggested

If you use a bread machine make sure you follow the instructions on the box which modifies the recipe slightly less water make sure all ingredients are room temp add water first then flour then yeast making sure the yeast does not contact the water
