Pros
This is a good, reliable machine for the money, but you may outgrow it. It produces a far better espresso than my previous machine, a mr. Bravo. I'm considering buying 1 of these used machines & boxing my new machine in case it dies.
Starbuck's is the best investment you can make. Easy to clean and dishwasher-friendly.
This keeps the milk from becoming frothy. Evenly pour steamed milk into two cups - add espresso, sweetener and/or mocha and stir.
Make sure that, after tamping, there is still a little excess of grounds. Tamp a little more firmly. Use a little scrubber to do this, as a dish cloth is insufficient.

This is a problem with any espresso machine that has this kind of closure for its water tank and i am currently looking for a machine that features a better system of holding water
