The connector is incompatible. When i plug my phone into this and it doesn't work it will go back. This cycle repeats every few seconds until i give up and disconnect the accessory. There are 3 items that could have caused the fire.
This product is worthless in my opinion. It is expensive for the type of product it is. That is unacceptable and costly. Customer service/warranty is also worthless.
Save your money and buy an igloo or a coleman. Overheating isn't what i bought it for, either. It only cools a few degrees below the ambient temperature.
