Just few times slices with it were enough for me to take all the knives out and leave them on the worktop waiting for sharpening

    Apparently you can sharpen scissors wood chisels too with that grade of grit stone according to the instructions

    I had a look at instructions on the internet on how to use a whetstone because while i have had a play with one before it was a long time ago and only on an old beater knife it wasnt any good before or after

    I developed a good feeling for the correct angle for the blade to be worked at which only comes with experience and my word at the end of the sharpening it can cut down through a piece of paper with no effort
