Pros

After a good soak in hot water, boy this roller sure feels great. At first, it definitely tickles but after a couple of minutes it feels amazing. Forwards backwards, both are good too.

The reflex roller shiatsu massager is sturdy and well built. I have one reflex roller at work and one at home and it relieves the psa pain immensely.

I use it at least once every day, just leave it plugged in by the sofa in my living room. Looks like it will last a while. Next january 14, 2013.

Cons

It's too gimmicky of a product. Poor workmanship. Nails that are holding the wheels into place will pop out over time. It sounds and feels like you are breaking the wheel.
