Pros & Cons
Pros
Organic cacao powder dissolves much easier and there are fewer "chunks" good texture for cake icings. I use it to make my coffee a mocha and to “cocoa-ify “ ice cream or frosting.
Cons
Cacao from kiva is not returnable. Amazon denied my request for refund on returned unopened product. Amazon gives no recourse since this product is non refundable.

The kiva is “weak” tasting, very grainy texture, has no punch as a high-quality cacao should have. While you can spend time to crush them, this is often not a 100% reliable process which can leave clumps of dry cacao powered in your final dish.

As expected with this kind of powder it will clump after some heat exposure even if unopened.
It’s concentrated and a little bit goes a long way to get that chocolate flavor.
