Gives me energy and helps with my inflamation, hair and nail growth. I have tummy issues bso almost instantly put a stop to them. I definitely feel it’s a contribution to my wellness.

The taste isn’t great but it’s not as horrific as some have said. I have friends from iraq, syria and n africa who grew up in homes where black cumin was a staple. The taste is tolerable it's not disgusting in any way.

The flavor is awful and i am no *. When it is poured into a spoon there are two different layers of oil which is very odd. There may be 1 to 10 percent black seed oil, the other is a filler.
