Pros & Cons
Pros
A full sized clay fired sink. It’s appearance is very pleasing so storing it on the counter looks very nice, if you have the space.
Cons
The motor still turns on, and the gears work as i can hear them go up and down, but the whisk no longer spins at all. The nine inch shortfall makes it impossible to plug in below the cabinet. They offer a 1 year warranty on this because it's the law, ... Read More
Third disappointment is the kichenaid service. They are in no hurry to respond to messages! Horrible experience. Total disappointment. Very disappointing and unacceptable to present as a wedding gift.
Only a 325 watt. Out of the box it has some dents and missing paint.
Highlights

I have used it with the meat grinding attachment to make our own hamburger with ease
If you want to make multiple batches of cookies at one time or thicker bread dough i’d definitely go with the artisan mixer
If youre able to get a quality tool that fits into a part of your life you are much into its worth splurging a little bit
Fie on kitchenaid those money grubbing bastids for imposing such a chintzy reduction in quality

I have had a few kitchenaid mixers over the years this one works well and for the first time the mixer blade is ideal in the bowl the issue is with the dough hook when i first bought a kitchenaid it came with a spiral type dough hook then they came out with this squat useless dough hook which does not grab the dough and it works its way up and into the machine worthless i am ordering a spiral replacement today why they continue to supply a attachment that does not work i dont know but very annoyingbuy the machine and then get a dough hook replacement that worksi dont like the whip either which is not dishwasher safe
