Recipe on box is for seafood stew. Add additional garlic, paprika (instead of red pepper) and black pepper. Used to make paella. Used it to make gumbo.

Delivery is reliable, which can be difficult with local grocery delivery. It is convenient and nice to be able to order from amazon at a reasonable price. A hard item to find locally.

Cons

First ingredient is water and fish sauce. Way expensive for seafood-flavored water. Worst smell and taste ever. Dumped it right down the sink.
