If you are going to buy a device for muscle recovery make sure you get a dual light device one that has both deep red and near infrared lights

All the lights function you can’t actually see near infrared lights they’re invisible to the human eye

The instructions do say to always wear your eyewear and even the few seconds i didn’t wear mine it felt uncomfortable
