Pros
Works for a 7, 4, and 2 yr old. Fits my 6yo just fine. My grandchildren ages 5 and 3 find this extremely easy to put on and adjust. Wish they make bigger size for my son(7 yrs) and for adults too!
Water proof, great slick product. Reeled rain, snow, and wind. My only issue is the red one with paint splatter.

This is so dang small. Advertised to fit a child up to 8 years old.

The only thing is that it did stink when i got it but just smelled like packaging but i would wash it anyways before wearing
