Its obviously louder on the higher setting but nothing like as annoying as the hum you get from fullsized room fans

The head rotates 360° and the angle of the fan on the standclip can also be adjusted separately so its got a large range of motion

Fantastic little place it anywhere fan unfortunately the item wasnt in a sealed bag and the box was open so im hoping it is new
