Pros
The just fitter ketone test strips are the best value i've found on keto strips and they work great. The hardest part for me and everyone that goes through this is the mental denial for those carbs. This is a must have for anyone doing the keto diet.
Cons
Buyer beware. Need to order more but will be looking at a different brand that is more honest about shelf life.
See the pic i attached, it shows four strips with the same urine sample dipped at the same time! My two cents is, just measure yourself and spend the $10 the strips cost on pork rinds.
Test results in the same color of a dark gray, no pink, red or purple. During short fasting the paper never turn color. My batch never changes color.

You can get a decent idea of the keytones that you are producing but some of the 34reading34 of the results can feel less than accurate
