Pros & Cons

The AI used to provide these results are constantly improving. These results might change.

Pros

Even melt of the lead and tin in this solder. It melts at a reasonable temperature for hand soldering. Melts faster and leaves cleaner joints.

Coming off of similarly spec'd radioshack branded 63/37 solder, this stuff is much better.

Cons

It's still usable but prolly going cut the top two layers off. Sadly it is not. Would only clump up trying to use it.

Great stuff ive been using this in all my projects for the past 4 years flows great 6337 never leaves a cold joint the 0

With regular 6040 solder the solder undergoes a plastic period where its not entirely a liquid and not entirely a hard solid

Kester really blew it on the packaging

Rather than an box with a top and a bottom the spool is in a topless cardboard hexagon container

Ive tried other brands kester is the best

Wish it came in a thinner wire but kester is much higher quality than other solders i have used that were thinner
