The one thing i may do though is get some higher quality tires as i feel they skimped a bit in this regard

Update 08022016chatted with amazon customer service and despite being outside of the return window they are shipping me a new bike

    The seat is hard but its a standard seat from the manufacturer so you will have to get a padded seat or like i did buy a padded cover
