The sensitivity is high and the ball feels frictionless and is easy to move. The ergonomic design prevents hand cramping, and you never need a dumb mousepad. A trackball mouse is great when you don't have enough space to get all spread out.

Cons

The ball is so noisy clicking with every scroll. I know the button is the same for the left-handers out there, but the base is too wide.

If you bump it, the ball flops out and rolls off. The ball pops out if jostled moderately.

If i pause from using the mouse, the cursor freezes. The inside laser turns on, the mouse emits a loud, high frequency squeak. It is complicated to install the software requiring computer restart each time.

Thats because the front rubber pad on which the mouse rests is not coplanar with the pads on the sides and back
