I get overheated easily and i did my best to stay cool during the day but at night id come back to my tent which was humid from sitting in the sun all day and id lay down watch some youtube while blasting this fan

It wasnt submerged but it did get rained on a little

The fan is pretty small though and even though it cranks for a tiny fan its still a tiny fan

One push of the button does fan only two pushes does light only and three pushes does both four turns it off

You can direct the light or the air just about any direction you please

I gave 4 stars since i believe all devices nowadays should use lithium ion rechargeable batteries instead
