The blue light just flashes. Tried several times, having to reset to factory default. Can’t manually and directly configure the wifi settings on each smartplug.
Despite describing the situation in exacting detail, all they can muster is a cut and paste response.
The app was glitchy and connectivity to the phone via wifi was inconsistent and rarely worked. Software app is not intuitive. The cad cad app does nothing.

My smart plugs by commercial electric stopped working thru alexa but worked with the ce app

Could not find a solution anywhere tried reinstalling multiple times but would alexa could not connect with the ce server

Had a small hiccup on the initial setup that was fixed by simply restarting the sync with wifi
