Worked great for me. Works best if you go slow and let it work. Would definitely recommend. Job it did would have been impossible without it.

This is a review from a true buyer, who paid for the item! Will replace with another brand. It's not worth my time trying to repair a new item or even writing this review.
Karcher's 3 year warranty is only for the motor. Cleaner is a piece of junk and not worth it.
