Its been a couple of months and am very pleased with the quality so far
We didn’t bother with the velcro just used screws to attach it to our window sill
Id have given this 5 stars except that it implies that it comes with the heating pad but it does not
But this is such a good product i didnt want to hurt its rating
Competitiveness
It’s the best of its type on the market
He’s about 18lbs and this has held him with no problems which was a major concern
Supports the jump and bounce of a 20lb maine coon and 2 other solid cats in succession
It’s been 4ish weeks and so far so good

I really wanted to get my cat a window perch for a long time but on most cat platforms the support from underneath are l brackets which dont work for my households windows

I should add that because our window sill is so narrow we had to put the fur cover on before screwing the platform to the sill
