Pros

Machine does exactly as it should, tosses the ball in the perfect spots. Pops the ball up perfectly. We are very happy with this, it tosses up perfectly every time.

The machine is deceptively simple--a feed, a power switch, and a recharging slot. Battery powered, runs for quite a long time on a charge. Battery lasts and lasts.

Simple soft toss, takes some eyeballing to get the strike zone lined up. Perfect for unsupervised soft toss practice. It saves time with accurate tosses every time.

My 13 year old loves this machine. Grandson loves it.

It launches regular baseballs quite nicely. Can hold softball or baseballs. Especially great during quarantine with baseball on hold. One that i have has the the stiches bumpy.

Cons

Product advertises the product tosses 12 softballs but it does not. I'm surprised the manufacture hasn't addressed it. There is something wrong with the design that they should have taken responsibility for and corrected.
