I definitely recommend this company to others needing a towel rack that allows spreading the towels to dry fast. Holds two oversized bath towels with no problems. Where newer towels are 30 inches wide so this bar is perfect.
Heavy, well made and same black matte color. Perfect look for our newly remodeled basement bathroom. Oil rubbed bronze color is nice too.
Easy to install with a drill. Seems pretty sturdy using provided drywall anchors. Comes with installation hardware which makes it easy to install.

Bad or agent fasteners, and instruction. Do not follow. Just terrible instructions. He's excellent but your product had him scratching his head.

We’ve attempted to tighten it down and changed the wall anchors twice but it still wiggles up and down after a couple weeks of use

Installation was hard because the bracket was square not round like the picture

Update after 6 months the plastic anchors provided do come loose

But you do have to make sure the anchors are flush or it will make it look like the bar is not flush to wall and it will look like there is something wrong with the bar when its actually just the anchors
