It works flawlessly even with a phone case on. Works on my air pods through the silicone case.

Initially my phone and apple watch felt warmer than usual but their customer service reached out and addressed it immediately
Their customer service was super helpful and sent me a new unit in less than a week
The initial charger seemed to over heat but customer service sent a new one

I put my iphone and apple watch on it and both came off hot so i think i’m going to look for something elseupdate customer service sent me a new charger this one seems to be better watch and phone don’t heat up

Make sure the phone is on centered on the charger even though the light comes on which means its charging make sure the charge symbol on the phone is on
