Ive deducted one star because the instructions i received told me to download the xmeye app for use on mobile devices

Com who were very responsive and helpful and informed me that i had a new version of the nvr and i should now be using the xvr app

Would i have purchased these cameras if i had known the company was based in china probably not as my main concern would have been with warranty issues customer service etc being on a different time zone

For those who do purchase these camera there is a complete user manual 50 pages that can be downloaded and very useful

Well this does not work so its worthless i contacted jooan and they sent me an email saying sorry for that this system cant support motion detection because it uses onvif protocol

The other problem i had was after about 2 month of recording the cameras kept getting disconected for no reason then after a few days they were fine again so i dont know what happened there
