Pros
It’s important to be aware of your own tolerance so you won’t accidentally overdo it. Take with food to help avoid stomach pain and discomfort. Used to drink close to 60 oz of caffeine soda a day.
Cons
Caffeine is not an active ingredient in this tablet. The 100mg tablet occasionally causes gastrointestinal pain and diarrhea. I really, really wish i could get the rest of my leftover tablets tested and analyzed to see what's actually in them.
This is a not uncommon way companies sneak in dramatic price increases but it's highly reprehensible and i will never buy this brand again. Could be fake or defective.

Competitiveness
Other brands add tons of chemicals and other crap to their tablets i think this is nearly all caffeine with just one necessary binder
So anyhow this is a great alternative which is stronger than a coffee but less than an energy drink
Only brand i will buy because theres no reason for a dozen chemicals that i can barely pronounce when i just want some damn caffeine
There are better ways to get the other pre workout ingredients
