Not had poles before so checked online to make sure that i was using then correctly and that they were at the right height

Packaging was dreadful could have got an elephant into the box it came in as it was so big

To adjust them to your preferred height simply twist the lower sections anticlockwise and either choose the height which feels comfortable for you or if you already know your preferred height then the lengths are already printed onto each section for rapid setup i set mine at 125cm so setup is as simple as twisting each section to open them extending each section to the 125cm line max limit is 135cm then twisting again to tighten them

The rubber feet will wear out in time so this manufacturer has thought of that too by including a replacement set
