Easy to prepare (i used almond milk - beware, it says on the package it doesn't work with soya milk) a serving size still contains 7g carbs so be careful if you're on a keto diet. This is not something you can eat every day, more for a lovely treat.

I typically use this in smoothies but made traditional pudding with almond milk which may have affected the taste have to use less milk
