My only complaint is the durability of the unit. Its a minor inconvenience. The velcro has to be positioned just right for everything to work.

Only lifts the headset partly off the rocker. Had to use lighter fluid to take off the residual adhesive.

Without this you have to pick up the receiver and set it on the desk when using the headset
