Pros
First time to buy on amazon. Great shipping and nice way to buy vitamins. I take a number of vitamins for my wife & i's health. Most of the vitamins are cheaper on amazon then at a drugstore.
Calcium pills are a little big to * but i take them with something thick enough to carry then down - soy milk or yogurt. The pill is large, but not too hard to *. No artificial flavourings.
Cons
The expiry date on these is in 2020, so it's not that. It's unclear how much magnesium oxide is in this product.

I had real problems using the bathroom when taking calcium superbinding effect had to take 2 or more senokot but with this calcium magnesium zinc combo i can use the bathroom as long as i take at least 3 calcium tabs about 333 mg calcium 167 mg magnesium per pill so it takes 3 pills to get about 500mg magnesium and that seems to be the minimum level of magnesium i need to use the bathroom plus still 1 senokot but at least not 2 senokot

Next im going to try taking magnesium separately from the calcium since i think 1000 mg calcium might be too much for me but more magnesium i might not need senokot at all

Some of the meds i am on deplete magnesium and as zinc is a needed works well

I did find it difficult to swallow but found when i take it as part of my breakfast and it goes down better

I take a number of vitamins for my wife is health i try to buy as big a bottle as i can to try get the best price for our health too granted these sizes of bottles are not as big as you can get at the 34big box store34 but the amounts price at this time were reasonable
