Pros

Our water comes from the delaware river and, although processed through city treatment, benefits from some in-house filtration. The water smells better too.

Most filters only filter down to 1µm (or 1 microns or 1 micrometer) but this filter is amazing! The cartridges are very easy to change and reasonably priced, given how long they last.

No worries about any leaks or leaving the plastic tubing pressurized. Nick exemplies a customer centric approach. The spigot seems a bit flimsy, but if no one abuses it, we should be fine.

Customer service is fantastic and located in georgia.

Plastic tubing and connectors are easy to use.

Cons

It is apparent they used a lubricant to keep the o rings on the cartridges from drying out. The pressure supplied to the refrigerator waster supply is only 20 psi, not enough to properly operate an lg ice maker. Amazon offers no usable alternative car... Read More
