If there is any drawback to this assembly, this is it. The only complaint i have is the lack of quality of the bolts and fasteners. The cart itself is what my husband wanted so my husband can't complain.

Hose reel is easy to pull out and easy to crank to rewind.

This reel is pretty heavy duty and handles 100 feet of hose with ease. It is so easy to attach to the water source, glides over our uneven terrain.

To assemble it was cinch! Seems sturdy and the tires alone are worth the price. The cart is very heavy duty, sturdy, and i like the fact that it had a soft foam handle cover for our hot arizona summers.

Cheap and rusted upon receipt. Bins of stamped metal were enclosed in both sides of the reel while they were manufactured. Have to figure out if i have to haul it to the post office or if the company pays return shipping.

The handle is in a poor location for ergonometric movement. It's a knuckle buster, and it's hard on the back. Now that it is (mostly) together, it is flimsy and rickety.

The black hose connector, running from the water faucet on the house to the caddy is total junk. Leaked from the start.
