Pros

Cucumber and mint is my favorite. The cozy that can be ordered to go with it keeps condensation from forming and puddling all over your desk.

Good customer service. This is really hard to find nowadays. They even send two additional silicone o rings in case the original ones need to be replaced.

Cons

Would love a replacement or refund. I threw away the box because i likes it so much when i first opened it.
